A signed rental agreement, a state-issued photo ID, and a $300 security hold are required for all VRBO and direct bookings. The hold is placed 1 day before arrival and released 5 days after checkout if there are no damages. The primary renter must be 25 or older and live more than 100 miles from Broken Bow. Just off the back of the cabin, you will find the Weber gas grill and a fire pit under string lights, perfect for stargazing under Broken Bow's famously dark skies.

-CHILDREN-
Up to 2 children may join 2 adults at no extra cost. Please bring a pack-n-play, cot, or air mattress and linens for the kids; extra blankets and pillows are in the laundry room. Sleeping on the couch is not permitted. Children under 2 don't count toward occupancy.
